Brawer Hauptman + Larkin was engaged by this merged Reform congregation in Brooklyn to produce a Master Plan for their aging building. Renovation priorities include building-wide accessibility, a more welcoming and gracious entry that can comfortably accommodate a pre- and post-service crowd, an updated and refreshed sanctuary that replaces pews with flexible seating, and modernized and efficient building systems. The Master Plan includes a maintenance schedule to allow for planned repairs and equipment replacement. This c. 1910 building is located within the Prospect Park South Historic District.
