ZBT Fraternity House

This addition to an historic fraternity house on the Penn campus will house a new dining room and kitchen. The project includes a renovation of the original building, creating many new single bedrooms, and includes the restoration of its many historic features. Also planned is an upgrade of all of the major building systems and elevator, making all levels accessible.
