Brawer Hauptman + Larkin has designed a comprehensive renovation of the Lower Level of Ursinus College's campus dining hall.  The project was on a tight schedule to allow for construction during the summer for a Fall 2024 opening., It transformed the food service and student activity areas of the iconic circular building into a state-of-the-art campus center.

BH+L was able to fast-track the design effort to produce a Guaranteed Maximum Price document set in under two months from the initial contact phone call.  Regular meetings between the Design Team, the College staff and the food service provider resulted in a fast-moving and coordinated process for updating and transforming the 12,000 square foot facility that was ready to greet the students returning to campus in the Fall.
