This upscale development in suburban Philadelphia was experiencing problems with many of its façade materials and details which was resulting in the loss of property values. BH+L
investigated the problem and proposed a number of remediation solutions that were consistent with the Georgian Revival style of the homes. Presentations to the homeowners showing examples of historic houses and accurate renderings of the recommendations for the proposed improvements informed their choices for materials and details.
