Stephen Klein Wellness Center
Project HOME
Philadelphia, PA
This 30,000 square foot Wellness Center provides first-rate medical care to the most underserved residents of North Philadelphia. The center contains 15 primary care exam rooms, 9 dental operatories, behavioral health counselors, special care facilities for the homeless, a pharmacy, a multi-purpose space for nutrition and cooking classes and a fully equipped YMCA that provides childcare services. The project is designed to achieve a LEED silver rating.
The Stephen Klein Wellness Center was a Finalist in the Urban Land Institute's Willard G. Rouse Award for Excellence Competition.
