This 40,000-square-foot renovation of a 35-year-old facility changes an obsolete model of double-loaded doctors' office corridors to a state-of-the-art primary care center with comprehensive services in shared exam rooms and specialty care areas.

The building has been redesigned to conform to best practices for outpatient treatment using new Mercy standards for patient care. This multi-phased project required careful planning for minimal disruption and relocation during the construction period.  McDonald Building Company was the General Contractor.
