1412 and 1415 Fairmount 

Delaware Valley Community Health is growing its administration in its Fairmount Avenue location.  BH+L had previously worked with DVCH at their Fairmount Avenue location to upgrade their public spaces.  This project moves upstairs and across the street to their administration offices to renovate them and reorganize them to meet the organization’s current needs.

 

In its expansion, DVCH is fitting out ground floor space in the new building across the street that Project Home constructed a few years ago.   The project design has evolved to reflect the changes to office needs in a post-pandemic environment.  Unassigned workspaces and enhanced staff amenities such as lounge areas and a roof deck are designed to attract staff who have been working from home in an effort to improve the live/work benefits.
