Architects' Office

Philadelphia, PA

From 2000 to 2012, Brawer Hauptman + Larkin (formerly Brawer & Hauptman) occupied the top floor of a loft building at the edge of Philadelphia's Chinatown.  The mostly open plan used a palette of materials that included unpainted steel, aluminum, exposed concrete, and cork flooring.  A curvilinear corrugated steel soffit that hid an HVAC unit was a feature of the space.  The office design won Project of the Year from the National Association of Commercial Builders.
