Diversified Community Services is a multi-service non-profit organization serving Philadelphia for over 100 years.  It operates a number of community based programs in the Point Breeze neighborhood of South Philadelphia including daycare centers, life skill centers and a community center. Diversified  purchased a property on a prominent site in Point Breeze where it  consolidated many of its administrative offices and community service activities.  BH+L's design for their new building provides modern offices, classrooms and community spaces around a landscaped courtyard.
