The Artisan Condominium Washington, DC
Brawer & Hauptman served as the Historic Preservation Architect for the restoration of these early 20th century commercial storefronts that were incorporated into The Artisan Condominium, a new luxury high-rise in downtown Washington, DC. The restored storefronts, returned to their 1920’s appearance, serve as the building’s main lobby and adjoining restaurant.
