Brawer & Hauptman, Architects was the Historic Preservation and Associate Architect for this mixed-use project in the heart of Temple University. A historic row of 19th-century row houses was converted to retail, office and residential use along the University's main pedestrian spine. Modern glass pavilions were added as were terraces that provided outdoor eating areas and handicapped access to all of the buildings.
