This historic non-profit organization is expanding its outreach program in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. The existing building will be renovated to house the Senior Center and a new daycare program. A new 21,000 SF building will be built across the street to contain the organization's administrative offices and classrooms as well as apartments for elderly residents.
