Hodson Hall Expansion Project

Following a Feasibility Study to explore the ramifications of upgrading the food service program for the College’s main dining room, it was determined that in addition to a major overhaul of the building’s systems, the building required an addition to accommodate several hundred more students. This $15 million project will add more dining space, a new kitchen, a new snack bar and new mechanical, electrical and life safety systems. The design will be LEED Silver level equivalent and will incorporate geothermal heating and cooling technology.
