Water Gap Visitor Center Smithfield Township, PA The design of a state-of-the-art interactive regional visitor center. The $7.9 million, 53,000 sf facility will contain a variety of mixed-use spaces including exhibit space for the National Park Service, office and public service space for the Pocono Mountain Vacation Bureau, a food court, public restrooms, an observation deck and pedestrian connection to the adjacent train station and playing fields.
