Brawer
& Hauptman Offices
Philadelphia, PA

Brawer & Hauptman, Architects moved its offices in 2002 to the top floor
of an historic eight-story concrete-frame loft building in Philadelphia’s
Chinatown. Integrating new curvilinear construction and slick, modern materials
with the existing exposed concrete structural grid, the design features
anodized storefront, corrugated steel panels and cork flooring. The open
floor plan of the drafting area encourages collaboration between project
teams and takes advantage of the spectacular skyline views through the huge,
industrial windows.
