| Design should be a collaborative effort that includes all members of the project team including the client, architect and, when needed, other professional consultants. We have no preconceived idea of what a design solution should be. Every project has a unique combination of contextual, functional and budgetary issues that must be appreciated and accommodated. Successful design results only when these project requirements are fully understood. All projects are assigned to a Partner and a Project Architect who stays with the project from the initial meeting through completion. Other team members are added as needed. We also work with consulting engineers, landscape architects and cost estimators when their particular expertise is required. As a full service design firm, Brawer & Hauptman manages all aspects of the design process from the initial feasibility study through construction. We maintain an ongoing commitment to "green" architecture, and we strive to promote sustainable design as established by the LEED Green Building Rating System developed by the United States Green Building Council. As architects, we
create a physical form that expresses the vision of our clients. We look
